she throws my efforts to be close to her back to my face saying, yeah, i know why you feel like **** cause your not makeing the right choices(meaning im not doing exactly as she wants).I want to have a good relationship with my mom but she doesnt realisse shes pushing me away with her advice?
Explain to your mom that the way she speaks to you makes you feel this way and hurt. Explain that while you value her advice you must make you own decisions as she once did. If she gives advice tell her thank you and you will consider it carefully. That way she will feel that at least you respect her opinion even if you do not follow it
